What Happened at the Montgomery County Appraisal Distrcit

On July 15, 2025 at 9:15 am the following events occurred;

1. I arrived at the Montgomery County Appraisal District located at 109 Gladstell Street, Conroe, TX 77301 for my officially scheduled property tax home value protest with the appraisal review board (ARB) and the residential property appraiser (RPA)

2. During my presentation the ARB chairman Steve Friends barged into the room and interrupted my presentation. Shortly after, the ARB board illegally ended my presentation, while I had 2 mins remaining on the timer, and asked me to leave the building. I immediately gathered my paperwork and started to exit the building.

3. While exiting the building the chairman Steve Friends Assaulted and battered me while we were in the hallway out of the publics eye. Aggressively trying to wrestle the camera from my hand, injuring my wrist in the process.

4. After the assault I ran to the constable to report the crimes, push for charges and issue to me a report number. The constable refused to do anything, he refused to report the assault and said it was a legal assault.

5. I asked to speak to his supervisor and made a call to 911 asking the operator to send out additional officers who would take the report seriously. 

6. Additional officers arrived, I believe this group was the supervisor of the original constable. Officer Filetti/63 reviewed my video and spoke to all parties. After that officer Filetti/63 issued the chairman a citation for assault case#25070484 and then illegally trespassed me from the entire public building, including ALL PUBLICALLY accessible areas.
